CVE-2026-19093Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Instructor-level arbitrary file read via stored video path

Published Aug 22, 2026 · Updated Aug 22, 2026

Arbitrary file read in Themeum Tutor LMS before 4.0.6 allows remote authenticated users with the instructor role to read server files. The lesson-save and course-create actions store an instructor-supplied HTML5 video path verbatim, and video streaming later reads that absolute path without validating its location. An administrator must approve the instructor account and enable Course Marketplace; exposed files can include wp-config.php credentials and cookie-signing keys.
