A buffer overflow in a PASE process in IBM i 7.3 through 7.6 allows local users to terminate their own process. IBM has not disclosed the affected PASE routine or the unchecked operation that overflows its buffer. Exploitation requires authenticated access, and the documented consequence is limited to termination of the attacker's process.
