Unauthenticated file read via unvalidated featured-image path
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Arbitrary file read in Tammersoft Shared Files PRO before 1.7.70 allows remote attackers to expose server files at public URLs. The featured-image creation flow accepts a caller-supplied file path without validating that it names an allowed file, then republishes the selected file through a public URL. No authentication is required; the flaw discloses server files through public links, with no reported ability to modify files or execute code.
