Phishing via unvalidated approval redirect

Open redirect in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 allows remote attackers to send authenticated users to malicious sites. The OAuth server grant approval handler accepts an unvalidated then parameter and uses it as the destination after approval or denial. An authenticated user must act on the crafted request; the redirect enables phishing but exposes no OAuth tokens, codes, or session credentials.
