Authenticated database manipulation via unsanitized editid
Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026
SQL injection in itsourcecode Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter SQL queries through editid. treatmentrecord.php inserts the unsanitized editid request value into an SQL query, allowing attacker-supplied syntax to change database operations. A valid login is required; the demonstrated error-based payload can disclose database values and manipulate operations permitted by the application's database account.
