SQL injection in itsourcecode Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via patientid. The treatmentdetail.php handler uses patientid in SQL queries without adequate validation or sanitization, allowing injected SQL syntax to change query execution. Valid application credentials are required, and the public proof of concept demonstrates time-based blind execution through a five-second database delay.
