Local command execution via shell-interpreted project path

Command injection in tugcantopaloglu godot-mcp 0.1.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary OS commands through projectPath. executeOperation inserts projectPath into a double-quoted command string and passes it to execAsync, causing the shell to evaluate substitutions and metacharacters. The caller must be able to invoke create_scene or add_node with an attacker-controlled local project path; commands run with the MCP server process's privileges.
