CVE-2026-19039Public exploit

Local command execution via interpolated SSH target

Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026

Command injection in KinoThe-Kafkaesque SSH MCP Server allows local users to execute arbitrary commands on the server host. The ssh_exec handler in src/index.ts interpolates stored username and host values into an SSH command string passed to child_process.exec(). A caller must already access the local, trusted MCP tool and control stored credentials; the maintainer disputes the security boundary because such callers already receive remote shell capability.
