Authenticated command execution via QoS parameter injection

OS command injection in Shibby Tomato 1.28.0000 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through the QoS interface. The new_qoslimit_start function in /etc/qoslimit incorporates the new_qoslimit_enable value into an OS command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Administrative authentication is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the router service's privileges.
