Process crash via malformed fill value metadata

NULL pointer dereference in HDF5 2.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to crash a process that parses crafted datasets. H5Pget_fill_value fails to normalize a negative size in a defined version 1 or 2 fill value message, so H5T_path_find receives a NULL datatype. Exploitation requires an application to parse attacker-controlled HDF5 data and interrupts only the affected process.
