Local file disclosure via unrestricted MEDIA paths
Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026
Information disclosure in Youdao LobsterAI 2026.6.10 allows remote attackers to read local files via a crafted MEDIA path. The artifact parser retains an untrusted absolute path, and the session view automatically passes it to an Electron IPC handler that reads the file without workspace containment. User interaction is required to open the affected session, and exposure is limited to files readable by the desktop account.
