Unauthenticated account takeover via flow-state bypass

Authentication bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 26.4.15 and 26.6.6 allows remote attackers to take over accounts via password reset. The reset-credentials flow in keycloak-services performs improper state validation and accepts a crafted request that advances the authentication session directly to the password update phase without the email action token. No prior access or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation lets an attacker reset arbitrary user passwords, including administrative accounts.
