Cluster-admin escalation via overprivileged dashboard ClusterRole

Improper privilege management in Red Hat OpenShift AI allows remote authenticated users with a dashboard SA token to gain cluster-admin access. The odh-dashboard ClusterRole grants its Service Account cluster-wide read and delete access to secrets and permission to create ClusterRoleBindings. Exploitation requires compromise of that token and the dashboard component to be enabled; successful abuse exposes credentials and breaks tenant isolation.
