Authenticated folder deletion via unvalidated object key

IDOR in Wicked Folders 4.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete folders created by other users via its REST API. The delete_folders() function accepts a user-controlled folder key and deletes the referenced folder without validating that it belongs to the caller. Contributor-level access is sufficient; deleting a folder removes its organizational record but does not delete or modify assigned pages.
