Root command execution via unquoted eval assignment

OS command injection in the /api/esps backend of H3C Magic NX15 V100R017 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The esps.filter.url add branch copies each urls[] value into a dynamically named shell variable through eval, interpreting command substitution. A valid administrator web session and a nonempty mode value reach the vulnerable branch, where injected commands run with UID 0.
