Service interruption via unreleased UDP receive buffers

Improper resource release in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC iQ-F FX5-EIP firmware 1.000 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via UDP traffic. Continuous UDP packets exhaust the Ethernet function's receive buffer because resources are not released correctly. No authentication or user interaction is required, and recovery requires a system reset, leaving availability interrupted until an operator resets the module.
