Cross-tenant data disclosure via unvalidated sort direction
Published Aug 3, 2026 · Updated Aug 3, 2026
Blind SQL injection in Shlink 3.3.1 through 5.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-tenant database data via the REST API. TagsParams accepts the orderBy direction without validation, and TagRepository passes it to Doctrine QueryBuilder's native ORDER BY clause as raw SQL. Any valid API key, including a restricted-role key, reaches the endpoint; stacked statements are blocked, so the demonstrated impact is data disclosure rather than writes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
