Process crash via DHCP payload-length underflow

Integer underflow in iscsiuio on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 and 10 allows remote attackers to crash the process via a crafted DHCP reply. The IPv4 DHCP parsing path accepts a crafted IPv4/UDP length combination that underflows its payload-length calculation and drives an out-of-bounds read. Exploitation requires access to the same local network segment and an iscsiuio instance actively configured to use IPv4 DHCP; the reported consequence is a process crash.
