Stack-based buffer overflow in IBM Server Firmware allows remote authenticated users with FSP administrator access to execute arbitrary code. IBM identifies the FSP firmware update process as the vulnerable locus but does not disclose the affected routine, malformed field, or incorrect memory operation. Exploitation requires adjacent-network FSP administrator access on FW1120.00, FW1110.00 through FW1110.30, FW1060.00 through FW1060.80, or FW950.00 through FW950.H2.
