Cross-zone overwrite via unvalidated zone identifier

Incorrect authorization in Kong Mesh multi-zone deployments allows remote authenticated users to overwrite another zone's synced resources via KDS sync. On the global control plane, the zone-to-global KDS ingest path trusts the sender-controlled ControlPlane.Identifier and embedded kuma.io/zone tags instead of the connection's client-id when attributing resources. An enrolled zone token is required, single-zone deployments are not affected, and spoofed ZoneIngress data can be redistributed mesh-wide under a victim zone to poison service discovery and redirect cross-zone traffic.
