Unauthenticated form-data disclosure via regenerated JSON
Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026
Information disclosure in WP Front User Submit before 5.0.6 allows remote attackers to download form settings via a public JSON file. The default_form_data URL parameter regenerates templates/default_form_data.json from the administrator-edited demo form, and the file remains directly downloadable. Exposure requires an administrator to modify the demo form and enable admin notifications; disclosed data includes all form settings and the administrator email address.
