Process termination via unbounded RTP fragment reassembly

Resource exhaustion in GStreamer gst-plugins-good on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 through 10 allows remote attackers to terminate processes. The rtph264depay and rtph265depay elements append every fragmented NAL continuation payload to a GstAdapter without limiting its reassembly size. Exploitation requires access to a pipeline accepting raw unauthenticated RTP; endless nonterminating fragments exhaust memory and terminate the receiving process.
