Authenticated metadata overwrite via notebook ID traversal

Path traversal in Rapid7 Velociraptor before 0.77.2 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite server metadata via NewNotebook. The notebook path manager uses an attacker-controlled notebook ID in datastore path construction without removing dot-dot sequences, and the file writer truncates the resulting .json.db path. An analyst role with NOTEBOOK_EDIT permission is required; crafted paths can corrupt ACL, hunt, or other metadata records.
