Tenant privilege escalation via unchecked ServiceAccount selection

Authorization bypass in Red Hat OpenShift AI Data Science Pipelines allows remote authenticated users to run pods under privileged service accounts. The setDefaultServiceAccount function honors the CreateRun service_account field without performing a SubjectAccessReview for the caller. A restricted tenant with CreateRun access can obtain the selected account's token, read namespace secrets, and execute commands in co-tenant pods.
