Pod crash via unbounded HTTP/2 resource allocation

Resource exhaustion in Red Hat OpenShift AI's ml-metadata service allows remote attackers to crash its pod with crafted HTTP/2 requests. The port 8080 listener uses a statically linked gRPC 1.46.3 stack whose HTTP/2 processing lacks effective resource limits. Reachability requires in-cluster access through the NetworkPolicy allowlist; exploitation interrupts every pipeline run in the affected namespace.
