Root code execution via unauthenticated feed injection

Injection in GL.iNet Beryl AX firmware 4.4.0 through 4.4.5 allows remote attackers to execute code as root via crafted plugin requests. At /cgi-bin/glc, plugins.set_config writes attacker-controlled opkg feed names and URLs to /etc/opkg/customfeeds.conf without authentication or URL-scheme validation. Unauthenticated access to the router's management interface permits repository refresh and package installation from that feed, so package scripts run with root privileges.
