Authenticated form data disclosure via ID enumeration
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Missing authorization in WPChill Kali Forms 2.4.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other users’ form configuration data. The get_items_permissions_check() callback for /kaliforms/v1/forms/{id} checks only edit_posts and never confirms access to the requested form. Contributor-level access is sufficient to enumerate form IDs and expose field layouts, email templates, server paths, and configured reCAPTCHA secrets.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
