Remote server crash via reversed copy arguments

Out-of-bounds read in libIEC61850 1.6.0 through 1.6.1 allows remote attackers to crash MMS servers via a crafted dynamic dataset request. In checkDataSetAccess, reversed StringUtils_copyStringToBuffer arguments make strlen scan an uninitialized stack buffer and copy those bytes over the caller's list-name buffer. The path requires dynamic dataset service and a dataset access handler; successful exploitation aborts the server and closes the client connection.
