Remote server crash via oversized RptID invalid free

Invalid free in MZ Automation libIEC61850 1.6.0 through 1.6.1 allows remote attackers to crash MMS servers via an oversized RptID. The report sender wraps rptIdBuf, a 130-byte stack array, in a temporary MmsValue; MmsValue_setVisibleString frees that stack pointer when the stored RptID exceeds 129 bytes. Unauthenticated MMS access is sufficient: the attacker writes the oversized RptID and triggers reporting with GI, aborting the server process without demonstrated code execution.
