Authenticated time-policy bypass via forged UMA claims

Incorrect authorization in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to bypass configured time policies via UMA requests. During User-Managed Access permission processing, Keycloak merges claim-token kc.time.date_time values after server-generated time attributes, so untrusted claims replace the server clock used for policy evaluation. A valid account and a resource governed by a time policy are required; successful requests obtain Resource Permission Tokens outside authorized windows.
