Crash via truncated BigTIFF strip byte count

Heap-buffer overflow in libtiff's tiff2pdf before 4.7.1 allows attackers to crash the utility with a crafted BigTIFF file. The JPEG raw passthrough path stores a 64-bit StripByteCounts value in a 32-bit maximum-length variable, allocates the truncated size, and copies the full raw strip into that heap buffer. Reaching the overflow requires tiff2pdf to process the file with its allocation limit disabled or raised; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash with heap memory corruption.
