Authenticated server crash via unchecked expression recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in MongoDB Server allows remote authenticated users to crash mongod through deeply nested expressions. The expression evaluator recursively descends attacker-controlled document structures without periodically enforcing a depth check, exhausting the process stack. Database query access is required; successful exploitation interrupts the server process without disclosing or modifying data.
