Unauthenticated account takeover via client-keyed reset state

Improper authentication in XootiX Login & Register Forms 3.2.5 through 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to take over user accounts. The password-reset workflow keys verified state only to a client-supplied address header, does not bind it to the account or verifier, and leaves it reusable for 24 hours after a password change. Exploitation requires non-default verification-code reset mode, a recently verified victim, and knowledge of the victim's address string; successful reuse changes that account's password, including an administrator's.
