Memory corruption via double cursor stride adjustment

Heap overflow in FFmpeg affects Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI 3 and OpenShift AI, allowing remote attackers to crash consumers with TDSC video. The tdsc_load_cursor function's CUR_FMT_MONO path advances the destination pointer by each aligned row, then wrongly adds a second row-end stride adjustment, drifting beyond the heap allocation when cursor width is not divisible by 32. Exploitation requires user interaction to make an affected consumer process attacker-supplied TDSC video; the bounded result is memory corruption and service interruption, with no reported confidentiality impact.
