Unauthenticated RCE via unvalidated PHP deserialization
Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
PHP object injection in WooCommerce Subscriptions before 9.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. With HPOS enabled, an undisclosed request path passes unvalidated user input to PHP unserialize(), creating objects through a gadget chain in bundled dependencies. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution with the privileges of the WordPress service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=4.7.0 <9.1.0
