Pull-secret theft via arbitrary api_url requests

SSRF in Red Hat Cost Management Metrics Operator 4 allows remote authenticated users to steal the cluster pull-secret through api_url. The CostManagementMetricsConfig controller accepts a user-controlled spec.api_url and attaches the cluster-global Red Hat Cloud pull-secret bearer token to the resulting HTTP upload request when token authentication is active. An account with permission to edit the custom resource can redirect the upload to an attacker-controlled server and obtain the bearer token; the default authentication type is token, and no service interruption is reported.
