Authenticated internal-service access via unrestricted import URIs

Server-side request forgery in Scripta eScriptorium 26.04.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services. The METS and IIIF import handler passes attacker-controlled mets_uri or iiif_uri values from POST /api/documents/{pk}/imports/ to outbound requests while IMPORT_ALLOWED_DOMAINS defaults to '*', without address filtering, a redirect cap, or a timeout. An authenticated account that can invoke document imports can target internal hosts or cloud instance metadata; reachable services determine whether data is disclosed or modified.
