RDP service interruption via unthrottled pre-authentication connections

Resource exhaustion in gnome-remote-desktop on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 allows remote attackers to block new RDP sessions. The system-mode RDP connection handler bypasses its connection throttler, retaining accepted sockets and pending routing-token operations until timeout. Exposure requires explicitly enabled system-mode RDP and a listener reachable from untrusted networks; default user-session mode is unaffected.
