Unauthenticated SSRF via OIDC issuer parser mismatch

SSRF in Eclipse Foundation Project Identity Authority 0.4.0 through 0.5.0 allows remote attackers to trigger arbitrary outbound requests. The SBOM upload authentication path compares an unverified JWT issuer with urlparse but fetches OIDC metadata and JWKS with parsers that interpret backslashes differently. Any remote attacker who can reach POST /v1/upload/sbom can probe internal hosts and ports through blind timing or error effects, but responses remain hidden and authentication still fails.
