Administrator account creation via unprotected user save

Cross-site request forgery in lcg0124 BootDo allows remote attackers to create an administrator account through a forged user-save request. The UserController.save method processes state-changing requests to /sys/user/save without validating a CSRF token or request origin. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a crafted URL, causing the administrator's browser to submit the account-creation request.
