Unauthenticated stored XSS via radio-field draft callback

Stored XSS in WPMU DEV Forminator 1.57.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through crafted radio-field drafts. The unauthenticated Save-and-Continue AJAX endpoint bypasses radio-option membership checks and stores input that Inputmask binds as a callback when the Submissions admin page renders it. A public form using Save and Continue with a radio field must be reachable, and a dashboard user must view the saved submission for execution in that browser context.
