Remote crash via rtpsbcdepay buffer misuse

Out-of-bounds read in rtpsbcdepay in GStreamer before 1.28.5 allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted RTP packets. The depayloader parses the SBC-specific RTP payload header without verifying that payload data is present, then can pull from an empty reassembly adapter and leave a transferred GstBuffer pointer live instead of clearing it. On standard builds this produces critical warnings or a crash; with assertions disabled it also causes a GstBuffer use-after-free, but the vendor bounds the practical consequence to denial of service on network-reachable RTP streams.
