Code execution via eval-parsed segmentation arrays

Code injection in aeon 1.3.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary Python code through a crafted segmentation dataset. The load_time_series_segmentation_benchmark function passes the change_points and time_series CSV fields to eval() while converting them into NumPy arrays. Exploitation requires the process to load attacker-controlled benchmark data, and injected code runs with the current process's privileges.
