Code execution via unsafe np.load deserialization

Deserialization of untrusted data in load_rehab_pile_dataset in aeon-toolkit aeon 1.3.0 allows attackers to execute code via crafted dataset files. The function loads downloaded or local NumPy .npy content in the RehabPile dataset path, and the vulnerable build passed that content to np.load with pickle deserialization enabled through allow_pickle=True. Exploitation requires a target to load attacker-supplied RehabPile data, such as by opening a malicious file or fetching hostile dataset content, and code runs in the current Python process.
