Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in WP NG Weather 1.0.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through ng-weather shortcode attributes. The shortcode handler passes user-controlled attributes to templates/app.php, which writes them into rendered markup without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level permission is required to save the payload; the script then runs in the browser of any user who opens the affected page, enabling actions within that user's session.
