Unauthorized realm access via skipped hosted-domain validation

Missing authorization in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to obtain realm tokens through Google token exchange. The external access-token exchange path retrieves a Google user profile but omits the hosted-domain comparison enforced during ID-token login. Exploitation requires Token Exchange V1, a configured Google hosted-domain restriction, a valid out-of-domain Google token, and access to an authorized confidential client; success can create or link an otherwise restricted brokered identity.
