OTP bypass in TEİAŞ Mobile Application 1.6.2 and later before 1.13 allows remote authenticated users to brute-force OTPs. TR-CERT has not disclosed the affected OTP endpoint, rate-limit logic, attempt threshold, or exact request sequence.
