Stored XSS in WPManageNinja Fluent Forms 6.2.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through notification Smartcode values. The notification path places attacker-influenced field, cookie, or response Smartcode values into configured subject or static recipient fields without sufficient sanitization, and Submission Logs render the stored output without adequate escaping. Exploitation requires a matching notification configuration and an administrator or entry-viewing manager to open the affected submission log.
