CVE-2026-18117Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Editor-to-Administrator escalation via unsanitized alias name

Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026

Stored XSS in custom page alias names in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The alias update path stored customAliasName after only trimming it, and the administrative Sitemap panel later rendered the value without HTML neutralization. Page-level canWrite permission is required; execution occurs when an administrator or editor opens the panel and can expose the victim's active session.
