Stored XSS via unsafe LazyLoad img rewriting

Stored XSS in BoldGrid W3 Total Cache 2.10.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts through crafted comment author names. The LazyLoad mutator rewrites img tags containing the author name without limiting attribute matches to quoted values, causing unsafe markup to be re-emitted. Exploitation requires Lazy Load Images to be enabled and a user to open the injected page; the script runs in that visitor's browser.
